This software is provided "as-is," without any express or implied
warranty. In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages arising
from the use of this software.
Permission is granted to anyone to use this software for any purpose,
and to alter and redistribute it, provided that the following conditions
are met:
1. All redistributions in binary form must retain all occurrences of
the above copyright notice and the Approval statement of the GSI in Japan,
that are currently in place. You must retain the original installer package,
when you redistribute it.
2. The origin of this software must not be misrepresented; you must not
claim that you wrote the original software.
3. Reverse assemble and any modification for any file in this package
must not be allowed.
4. This map is created based on the Digital Map of the GSI in Japan,
and usage of this base map is only allowed for the non-commercial purpose
by the law.
So you must not sell it and you must not redistribute it with any of
charge.
5. If you create your own map based on this map, you must be approved
by Geographical Survey Institute, inistry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport,
JAPAN under the Copyright law.
6. Do not use this map for illegal purposes.

This map is based on the digital map 200000 (map image) and the digital
map 50000 (map image) published by Geographical Survey Institute, Ministry
of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, JAPAN with its approval under the
article 30 of Surveying Law.
